PRODUCTION PROCESS;
Raw Materials Feeding → Plasticizing & Extruding → Shaping by Mould → Vacuum Calibrating → Hauling-off → Cutting → Stacking
MACHINE INTRODUCTION:
- This line consists of cone double screw extruder, vacuum setting table, tractor, cutter, film sticking machine, material tumbling frame, etc.
- The auxiliary machine for the PVC profile production line is mainly composed of five parts: vacuum setting table, ink printing machine, tractor, cutting machine and stacking truss. The overall arrangement is shown in the drawings.
- Extrusion line: The products are produced by specially designed screw barrels, molds, and extruders. It can be extruded in two steps after granulation. It saves electricity and saves space. It has high output and stable extrusion pressure. The plasticizing and mixing effect is good. The screw barrel is treated with bimetal, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant and has a long service life. The production line can produce PE, PP or PVC profile products.
